******************** 1. COURT UPDATE *********************

Three internationally renowned defence handwriting experts have concluded their testimonies. They all affirmed that the handwriting “evidence” in the case against Dr. Hassan Diab is totally flawed.

Hassan’s extradition hearing will resume at 10:00 am on Monday February 7, 2011. Remaining submissions and arguments in the case will continue.

The hearing is taking place at the Ontario Superior Court, 161 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario. Come to Court and show your support for Hassan.

Join our rally against the encroachment of secret, unsourced intelligence into Canada’s legal system and the erosion of human rights through abusive extradition proceedings.

What: Rally for Justice for Hassan Diab
When: Monday, February 7, 2011, at 9:30 am
Where: Outside the Ontario Superior Court, 161 Elgin Street, Ottawa

Bring banners and signs voicing your concerns and showing your support for Hassan.

After the rally, at 9:55 am, we will accompany Hassan into the courtroom.

January 4-7, 2011: Mr. Robert Radley Testifies about the “Totally Incorrect” Handwriting Analysis

Mr. Radley was extremely critical of the French handwriting analysis, describing the French report’s main conclusions as “frankly absurd—totally misguided and totally incorrect”.
